Trojans and Vikettes advance to EPC Championship

Greetings sports fanatics! Today Liberty High School hosted the EPC women's soccer semifinals. The Parkland Trojans won game 1 in a 1-0 thriller over the Nazareth Blue Eagles. Hanna Hertzog made what might be the save of the year when she stoned a breakaway attempt by the Eagles and held on after colliding with one of her teammates! The Central Catholic Vikettes withstood a late Emmaus Green Hornets rally to take the victory in game 2 by a final of 4-3. Dee McMullen scored 2 goals and helped ACC after seeing their lead evaporated from 4-1 to only one goal. Both players are looking forward to the championship match on Saturday at Whitehall!
